The one tweak...I wholeheartedly support this idea. The one tweak that I would propose is the actual approach to weight loss. In the past I did very well with Weight Watchers, but found myself hungry, and the approach unsustainable in the long term. I have been much more satisfied with a Paleo based diet and would propose that you review the work of folks such as Mark Sisson, Robb Wolf, and Gary Taubes.
